As a part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to embrace the ownership in a young team, a company in expansion phase and with an exciting project.

Here are a few challenges we have for you:

Under the Project manager directions He/She will perform the following functions:

• Responsible for support in various categories: logistics and packaging.
  
• Carry out complex analyzes and comparisons for negotiations and tenders.
  
• Define a budget line to measure savings.
  
• Report project progress.
  
• Pursuit the materials proposed by the arhitectural interior designer.
  
• Work in close connection with the on-site managers and the head of billing department.
  
• Analize Costs, timing and logistics.
  
• Find new providers per week.
  
• Reduce the cost.
  
• Ensure the deliveries and the shipping according to the schedule of the works.
  
  

You are a perfect match if you bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
  
• Proactive person, very polite and well balanced person. Skills in hard negotiations.
  
• Meticulous person, with attention to detail.
  
• English is mandatory, French or Portuguese is a plus.
  
• Tools: Knowledge in Excel, ERP, Presto, Acrobat and Windows Professional.
  
  

These will help you to succeed in this role:

• Business, Physics or Architectural degree or experience in the industry.
• Entrepreneurship thinking.
• Experience in sectors like Real State, Building, Industry and trading.
